Saves having to empty tanks, hoses, pipes, pumps, fittings, boilers and toilets, and is reusable. Pre-diluted, with 55% active ingredient content! Real freeze protection down to -45°C. Suitable for all tank and system materials, does not attack rubber seals.

Instructions for use: Empty the tank. Pour undiluted YACHTICON FREEZE PROTECTION AGENT (or diluted according to the frost point) into the tank. Open the taps until the antifreeze comes out. The antifreeze must not be discharged into bodies of water without pre-treatment (sewage treatment plant). After the frost period, drain the antifreeze (collect it for reuse if necessary) and rinse the system thoroughly.

Real freeze protection, down to - 45°C ! With our product, water only freezes from a temperature of -45°C. Some of our competitors advertise with similar temperature specifications, but sometimes make very imprecise statements such as "protects copper pipes from bursting down to - XX°C" or similar. Do not be confused! Yachticon antifreeze for drinking water and toilet systems is so highly concentrated that it protects against freezing down to -21°C even at a standard dilution of 2:1. Such low temperatures are rarely reached in Germany, especially in coastal areas.

Protects drinking water systems: YACHTICON antifreeze for drinking water and toilet systems is absolutely non-toxic and especially suitable for use in mobile drinking water systems. Protect tanks, pipes, pumps, water heaters and taps from expensive repairs.

Protects toilet systems: Toilets in the vehicle or on board should also be protected from frost damage. The pumps and pipes are particularly susceptible and nobody wants them to be damaged...

Can be reused: You can collect the product in spring and reuse it the following year without any problems. Just be aware that residual water from the tank and pipes can reduce the frost protection over longer periods of time.

Protects engines and drives: In the seawater cooling circuit (external cooling circuit of the dual-circuit cooling system), the first choice is also our antifreeze for drinking water and toilet systems. This ensures that no residues of toxic substances are released into the water when the engine is started in spring.

Note on "spindling out" the coolant:

Occasionally we receive queries from customers who have "spindled out" the antifreeze of the product at home or at the filling station and have not arrived at the specified value of -45°C. The measured values are then usually only between -15°C and -20°C. First of all: We guarantee that everything is in order and that the product has the properties we guarantee! Every production and bottling process is closely monitored and checked several times before it goes on sale.

It is important to know that our"antifreeze for drinking water and toilet systems" is a high-quality product based on monopropylene glycols (MPG). MPG is mainly used in the food industry, in the pharmaceutical industry, but also in heat pumps, solar systems and aviation, for example. MPG has different specific properties that are better suited to these areas of application than the cheaper and more common monoethylene glycol (MEG), which is used in engine/radiator antifreeze, for example.

In order to "spindle" MPG, a suitable spindle must be used that is specially adapted to the specific properties of MPG. Therefore, if you want to "spindle" the product, make sure that you use a suitable measuring device! Most commercially available "spindles" are not suitable for this purpose. The device must be able to explicitly output values for MPG (monopropylene glycol, or also propylene glycol, MPG, propanediol). You can find a suitable spindle here, for example.
