Marine Silicone is a high-quality, elastic adhesive and sealant specially formulated for industrial applications. The fast cross-linking favors the use in almost all areas of production, construction and maintenance.
Marine Silicone bonds almost all materials to and with each other, insulates and adheres to surfaces such as: e.g. gelcoat, aluminum, non-ferrous metals, steel, glass, glass fabric, ceramics, thermosetting and thermoplastic plastics, wood, etc.
Marine Silicone is pressure-resistant, chemically resistant to many aggressive media, resistant to ageing and also adheres under changing temperature influences without hardening or becoming brittle.
Instructions for use:
- Can be applied largely without adhesion promoter.
- The substrate must be clean, dry and free of oil, grease and dust
- Cut the nozzle to the desired diameter.
- Skin formation after approx. 20 minutes
- Through-hardening 3mm/24 hours
- Temperature resistant: -40°C to +180°C - short-term approx. 2-3 hours up to +260°C
- Mold inhibiting
- Cannot be painted over
- Available colors: white - transparent - black
