The Seajet Bioclean Eco system is based on our unique silicone elastomer technology and ensures a smooth and non-sticky surface. Deposits have difficulty sticking to the surface and can be easily removed. It cleans itself through the movement of seawater over the hull. For boats that have long lay days and for those sailing at less than 5 knots, it can be quickly washed with a sponge to remove dirt. The coating then looks like new.
The system consists of a one-component Tie Coat as a primer, followed by a one-component Clear Coat Bioclean for an easy application process. Unlike other silicone coatings, there is no need to remove a previously antifouled hull. As long as the existing coating is free from flaking and is generally in good condition. Times between coats are significantly reduced and there is no restriction on pot life. Seajet Bioclean Eco lasts for several seasons.
