Seajet Tiecoat is available in 4 different colors and serves as a primer for Seajet Bioclean 17171 transparent.
Attention: Without the subsequent coating Seajet Bioclean it is no fouling protection!
The system is based on a one-component Tie Coat, followed by a one-component Clear Coat for an easy application process. Unlike other silicone coatings, it is not necessary to remove a previously antifouled hull down to the bare gelcoat. As long as the existing coating is free from chipping and in generally good condition, you only need to apply two coats of Tie Coat, followed by two coats of Seajet Bioclean Eco as fouling protection.
The recoating times between coats are considerably shorter and the durability of the product is significantly higher than comparable products from other brands.
