Diffusion-tight 2-component corrosion protection coating for aluminum, steel, wood and polyester yachts and boats. Suitable for above- and underwater coatings. Protects against rust on steel and prevents osmosis on polyester. Epoxy Primer is used as a barrier primer on polyester-coated wood (positive polyester).
The substrate must be clean, dry, grease-free and stable. Loose paint parts and unstable old coats must be sanded well. Stir base and hardener together carefully before use and allow to pre-react for 15 minutes.
- Theoretical coverage: approx. 13 m²/ltr. at 40 µm, depending on the substrate and application conditions
- Pot life: 8 hours at approx. 20°C
- Pre-reaction time: approx. 15 minutes
- Application method: Brushing, rolling and air spraying possible.

- Application temperature: + 10°C to + 30°C
- Underwater: 6 - 7 coats with epoxy primer Wilckens Yacht Antifouling
